Merry Christmas everyone! I pray you guys all have a great day today! Enjoy time with family, friends, or just on your own with the Lord. Justin and I couldn’t afford to visit family this year, and although we really miss everyone, it is kind of nice to have our first Christmas on our own. I wish we had a Christmas tree and decor (and a white Christmas) but I choose to be content with what we have and happy with what God is doing in our lives.
I woke up this morning almost in a panic attack about finances and how are things ever going to change and all of that nonsense. But the Lord spoke to my heart and not only made some pretty amazing promises to my Spirit but also encouraged me to focus on the future I want to have as soon as our financial blessing comes in. When I did that it really cheered me up and got me excited for the future. So, I’m going to do that every morning from now until it happens, which I don’t think will be too long now. There is just so much I want to do with this blog and our businesses and my book, and all of it requires funds. But that’s okay! God will provide! And I know He’ll provide for you too.
For anyone feeling lonely or depressed this holiday season, and I know it’s a major time for that, please listen to me: You are not alone! God does love you, even if it doesn’t always feel like it. Things will get better, even if you can’t see it right now. And if you really need someone to talk to, please email me! You aren’t bothering me, I promise you. And I do love you, even if you don’t believe it. I will pray with you, talk to you, listen to you, whatever you need. You are not alone!
I’m going to wrap this up by saying Happy Birthday Jesus! Thank You so much for coming to earth, loving us and showing us how to live, and being our Lord and Savior! Thank You for everything You have done and are doing in our lives! Thank You for Your love, grace, and mercy! I’m excited to see what next Christmas will bring!
Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to you all! I love you and thank you so much for coming to my blog!
