    A Few Thoughts

    I know I already posted today and this post won’t be long, I just wanted to share some thoughts and things I learned just this morning while I was volunteering. Justin and I have been praying for a very long time for God to bless our finances. We need a financial miracle, to be perfectly honest, and we’ve been praying for 9 months and don’t really seem to have had any answers.     Saturday Thoughts: Church

    I’ve been thinking a lot lately about church. Now, my husband and I attend a church every Sunday, but we didn’t for several months. My parents don’t go to church for a variety of reasons, but mainly my dad’s work schedule which he isn’t in a position to change. And other people I know do go to church every single Sunday yet they live any way they want during the rest of the week. The reason I bring this up is because many Christians are adamant that people have to go to church. “You need to be in church.” And they judge you if you don’t attend church regularly. But I think…

    Saturday Thoughts: Be Thankful

    My thought for today is that we need to learn to be thankful. I know I personally struggle with focusing on my problems instead of focusing on my blessings. Our God is a great, generous, and loving God! Every good thing we receive is from Him. 17 Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights, who does not change like shifting shadows.
